STAGE 1. BUSINESS ANALYSIS

Together with our Business Analysts we gain an understanding of the business problem that you are faced with. Our Industry know-how is leveraged upon allowing us to better discuss your business objectives, goals and desired achievements. Possible inputs and expected outputs, in terms operational parameters and other dependencies (i.e. integration with other systems) are identified.

Once the project objectives are clear we create a Scope document addressing project boundaries, basic requirements. We list the deliverables, dates and times, justification of the project, IP ownership, duties and responsibilities and identify risks involved. Our Business Analysts may also include recommendations for candidate systems / solutions, and how to achieve the project goals despite prevailing limitations i.e. budgetary, human resource, time and other constraints.
