The HR Retainer is an engagement strategy that offers a versatile arrangement whereby we identify your specific requirements and then allocate a certain amount of hours each month from our existing pool of human ressources. This business model offers a cost effective extension to your own onshore engineering / development team, managed offshore by us, within our IT infrastructure. For long term dedicated relationships, we also implement customer specific quality and development process frameworks. Small group of engineers may be trained to meet your requirements. All offshore technical infrastructure and communication facilities are at your disposal for an extended period of time.
This engagement model is suitable for addressing ongoing support and maintenance requirements where increased transparency, process continuity, access to expertise on a regular basis, and control over the offshore human and technical resources are key contributors to your choice. Retainer contracts are set at a minimum of 6 months. Due to the ongoing nature of this engagement model, it delivers higher efficiency and lower rates then the aforementioned models. It usually offers a 30% to 40% cost savings compared to onshore initiatives.
